Philadelphia Montessori Charter
School (K – 6)

OmniVest has supported the school through the planning grant and charter application
process. OmniVest also provides full back office services, including budget
development, revenue management, payroll, accounts payables and receivables, monthly
financial statements, cash management, and audit and tax preparation support.
People For People Charter School
(K – 8)

Since the school's opening in 2001, OmniVest has provided support with accounting and
financial services, including: back-office functions, budgeting and financial reporting,
human resources, policy development, federal programs, PDE reporting and PIMS, National
School Lunch Program, 21st Century Community Learning Center, E-Rate, Annual Report, and
charter renewal. OmniVest also provides back-office support and management
for the preschool as well.
Franklin Towne Charter High
School (9 – 12)
5301 Tacony Street, Philadelphia, PA
OmniVest provides a full complement of management services, including back-office support,
fiscal planning, federal programs management, grant writing and reconciliation (including
Perkins), and Annual Report preparation. OmniVest also arranged $16.5 million
in tax-free financing.
Imhotep Institute Charter High
School
6201 North 21st Street, Philadelphia, PA
Founded in 1999, Imhotep began the 2008-2009 school year in a new 80,000 square-foot
facility. OmniVest served as the developer on this project, directing the
design and site work, securing $8 million in tax-free financing, and serving as the
owner's representative during the construction phase. Imhotep is the first
charter school in Philadelphia's history to build a brand new school facility.
New Media Technical
Charter School (9 – 12)

The new $5 million facility for New Media Tech is an example of OmniVest's expertise in
turn-key build to suit facilities. OmniVest designed the facility to meet the
school's specifications, and the result is a state-of-the-art high school building
equipped for digital multimedia and project-based learning. The project was a
total renovation of a former church and parochial school building for reuse as a modern
high school, and the facility includes an auditorium with stage, a basketball court,
recording studios, and science labs. Total Square Footage: 50,000
Northwood Academy Charter
School
4621 Castor Avenue, Philadelphia, PA
OmniVest secured $6.5 million in tax-free financing and managed construction of the
charter school.
Antonio Pantoja Charter
School (K – 8)
4101 North American Street, Philadelphia, PA
An ASPIRA of Pennsylvania School, the school is a $7 million renovation of 70,883
square-foot a former manufacturing facility for reuse as a state-of-the-art K-8 charter
school to accommodate 700 elementary school students. The school includes
spacious classrooms, library, laboratories for science and computers, specialized
classrooms, and a full commercial kitchen. OmniVest coordinated acquisition
of site, secured private and public financing for $9.9 million project, served as
project manager for K-8 school, and provided program management support, which included
planning and implementation grant writing services.
